KETO Tuscan Roma Pizza

So how does one make a KETO-friendly pizza? In my opinion, it’s 90% about the crust!

I love pizza! I guess I should say that I used to love pizza pre-KETO. When I made the decision to live a KETO lifestyle 12 weeks ago I knew I would need to limit my total carb intake daily to 20 grams per day to get to my goals. Doing such a thing is pretty drastic when a person such as myself was eating pretty much whatever I wanted to. It was actually easier than I thought it might be. I don’t feel deprived and I’m not hungry very often. It’s a liberating feeling honestly!

So, what crust am I using for my KETO pizza? Here is a pic of the box:

This one from Cali’flour Foods is amazing! I am using The Original Italian. You can find them online at www.califlourfoods.com. One third of the crust has 2 grams of carbs. That’s awesome when comparing to other crusts!

I love Tuscan Roma Pizza because of the taste and because it’s so easy to make! All you need is crust, Alfredo sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, one small tomato thinly sliced and a few fresh basil leaves. That’s it and here’s what it looks like:

SO good and so simple! Enjoy!
