Everyone has ups and downs in their lives. I’m included in this. I choose to not show this part of my life to the social media world.

I do this because I choose to focus on positivity. The less I validate negativity the more I loosen its grasp on me.

Not every day is sunshine and rainbows. However, we all must endure a little storm or rain for the sun to shine more brightly to us.

If you are going through a trying time right now just know that you are not alone. Also know that your thoughts and words control things more than you may know. Choose joy always and focus on positive things. It makes all the difference in the world.
