The Wind

I’ve always found that when I’m looking for answers, inspiration, or clarity a good ride gets me what I’m looking for. The wind seems to blow answers my way. Riding settles my soul and brings my focus back to the simple things that bring me the most joy.

While the world seems to have gotten even crazier (who knew that could happen) I feel it’s more important that ever to protect ourselves. Protect our hearts, our integrity, our love of country, and our love of fellow man. If we allow ourselves to be stuck in the quicksand there’s only one way to go.

Whatever you are doing and wherever you are remember...you control what goes on between your ears. That’s yours and yours alone. Don’t allow it to be led astray. Shut out the noise and cling to the simplicities that bring you true joy.

Take some time for yourself. Take some time with your family. And if you can...go for a good ride. Allow the wind to blow some truth your way.
